Lateness

Lateness penalize the next teams, which must be avoided. Therefore, if a team a part of the team is on time, the game will start even if the group is not in full. The late part of the group will join the team when they arrive.
However, if none of the members of the group are on time we will be obligated to cancel the game, or shorten the game duration.
