These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are effective as of November 1, 2016.

THE LITTLE RED DOOR is the name of the SAS THE LITTLE RED DOOR, SAS with a capital of 21 000 € registered at the RCS of Strasbourg under the SIRET number 82143540100012. The headquarter of the company is located at 5 rue des Bœufs, 67000 Strasbourg – France.
Http://www.thelittlereddoor.fr is the website and the reservation site, SAS THE LITTLE RED DOOR owns the domain name, which is registered and protected.
The CUSTOMER designates the company, association, group or individual who wish to participate or to order a SERVICE that takes place at THE LITTLE RED DOOR. The PARTICIPANT designates the individual who is participating in a SERVICE that takes place at THE LITTLE RED DOOR.
- APPLICATION
THE LITTLE RED DOOR has the right to modify or cancel the terms, conditions and content of its website at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. These General Conditions of Sale can be read directly on the site https://www.thelittlereddoor.fr.
By checking the box « I accept the general conditions of sale » during the RESERVATION, the CUSTOMER acknowledges having read, understood and accepted without restriction or reserve the present General Conditions of Sale.
- ACTIVITY
THE LITTLE RED DOOR is dedicated to the organization and sales of life-size escape games or ESCAPE GAME and any related activities.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
All the documents, photos, taken on the site of THE LITTLE RED DOOR remain the property of THE LITTLE RED DOOR and can only be used for private use of the CLIENT appearing on these photos and documents, any other use is forbidden Without prior agreement of THE LITTLE RED DOOR. It is forbidden to reveal elements of the plot of the game rooms.
By reserving through the reservation site, the CLIENT consents to the collection of personal data essential to ensure the correct SERVICE. THE LITTLE RED DOOR undertakes never to disclose this information to third parties except as provided by law.
In accordance with the french law of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms and french article 43 of the amended law of 30 September 1986, this website has been the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés, which has issued a receipt under the number currently being obtained. The CUSTOMER has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him (article 34 of the « Informatique et libertés » law of 6 January 1978).

The PARTICIPANTS consent to the publication of their team photo on social networks and thelittlereddoor.fr website.
- RESERVATION
A RESERVATION includes a CUSTOMER, a date, a schedule, a room, a rate. Any BOOKING will be confirmed on the booking site or by THE LITTLE RED DOOR by email and will be considered as definitive only by the PAYMENT of all or part of the amount of the SERVICE by the CLIENT.
The BOOKING entitles one or more sessions of ESCAPE GAME to a predefined time between THE LITTLE RED DOOR and the CUSTOMER, the schedule is guaranteed except in the event of delay independent of the will of THE LITTLE RED DOOR or in case of force majeure. BOOKINGS can be done on the booking site.
BOOKINGS are only valid if confirmed by THE LITTLE RED DOOR by e-mail.
All BOOKING entails acceptance without reservation by the CUSTOMER of these General Sales Conditions and the internal and security rules, this acceptance is always carried out before the BOOKING is effective.
- THE SERVICE
A SEREVICE or part of ESCAPE GAME includes the reception of the PARTICIPANTS, the briefing, the party and the debriefing.
PARTICIPANTS have access to a deposit. THE LITTLE RED DOOR cannot be considered as responsible in case of loss or theft.
The CUSTOMER agrees that all the PARTICIPANTS have arrived at the time of RESERVATION. After this period and in case of force majeure, no postponement, refund or compensation can be guaranteed in case of absence of the CLIENT or if the number of PARTICIPANTS does not allow to launch the game.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR undertakes to deliver the PERFORMANCE at the scheduled time, in case of delay exceeding 1 hour, CLIENT is entitled to claim a full refund of the SERVICE.
Pets are not allowed.
- CANCELLATION
In the event of CANCELLATION by the CLIENT, the total amount of the PERFORMANCE will be definitively acquired by THE LITTLE RED DOOR.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR keeps the right to cancel the service at any time before the reservation date in case of exceptional event or force majeure. In this case THE LITTLE RED DOOR will send a voucher to the CUSTOMER in order to allow him to book later.
However, reservations supposed to be played during the period which THE LITTLE RED DOOR implements a specific
enhanced sanitary protocol for Covid-19 gives the right to a relaxation of the cancellation rights. The CLIENT will receive in some cases a credit valid for 18 months.
- MODIFICATION
Any MODIFICATION by the CUSTOMER of the number of PARTICIPANTS can be carried out until the last moment if it respect the number of player corresponding to the room selected during the BOOKING.
If the amount paid by the CLIENT during the RESERVATION is greater than the final amount of the SERVICE, the amount will be definitively acquired by THE LITTLE RED DOOR.
Any other modification by the CLIENT must be the subject of an agreement by email by THE LITTLE RED DOOR to be considered effective.
In the event of force majeure, THE LITTLE RED DOOR will send a voucher to the CUSTOMER in order to allow him to book later. RESERVATION. No financial compensation will be owed by THE LITTLE RED DOOR.
However, reservations supposed to be played during the period which THE LITTLE RED DOOR implements a specific enhanced sanitary protocol for Covid-19 gives the right to a relaxation of the modification rights. The CLIENT will receive in some cases a credit valid for 18 months.
- PRICE & PAYMENT
The PRICE depends on the number of PARTICIPANTS, the day and the schedule of the SERVICE.
PRICES are indicated in EUROS, all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the RESERVATION.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR keeps the right to modify the PRICES listed on its reservation website at any time.
PAYMENT must be made by the CUSTOMER at the lastest before the begining of the Game.
- ACCESS TO INSTALLATIONS AND RULES
THE LITTLE RED DOOR reserves the right to refuse the game or to expulse any PARTICIPANT who is in state of enibriation or under the influence of a narcotic, or who does not use the equipment or does not comply with the security rules and mentionned at the briefing. The SERVICE will terminate immediately without any refund being requested by the CLIENT. THE LITTLE RED DOOR will retain the amount of money for loss, costs and time lost to exclude the offender(s).
Access to the facilities is restricted to people aged over 11. Minors under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. At least one adult must accompany a minor (s) under 15 years old.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR reserves the right to request identification card to verify the age of the players
Smoking is strictly forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to enter a game room with food or drinks.
It is forbidden to run.
It is forbidden to make a sound recording or make a video recording or take photographs without prior agreement of THE LITTLE RED DOOR.
It is strictly forbidden to disclose details of the contents of the SERVICE to third parties, directly or indirectly.
People with visual or hearing impairments who have a light disability can access facilities if they are part of a group with at least one person without a disability.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR uses surveillance cameras to ensure the smooth running of the game and the safety of the PARTICIPANTS. No images are recorded by this means.
- INSURANCE, FLIGHT, DETERIORATION, SECURITY, CIVIL LIABILITY
THE LITTLE RED DOOR can not be held responsible for the disappearance of any objects left on the site where the PRESTATION takes place.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR reserves the right before any SERVICE to request a deposit.
In the event of willful or unintentional degradation of equipment, infrastructure or furniture caused by the CUSTOMER, THE LITTLE RED DOOR may demand immediate payment or, if it does not, institute legal proceedings.
THE LITTLE RED DOOR can not be held liable for any injury resulting from the safety instructions issued during the briefing or improper use of the equipment or if the PARTICIPANTS injure each other, or for any other reason.
- LITIGATION
Any dispute with THE LITTLE RED DOOR will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of Strasbourg in case of non-commercial CUSTOMER and, otherwise, of the Commercial Court of Strasbourg.
